Steps To Reproduce
1- Start a mission as a vehicle such an offroad.
2- Go in a road (recommend a high way) and drive fast like about 100 km/h.
3- Now save game.
4- Then load that save.
5- As you see you loose your speed so fast, like a acute brake.
