Currently we are unable to determine the cause. It is possible that some of the game data could be corrupted. Would it be possible for you to run the game verification in Steam and make sure Steam cloud sync is disabled?

The system settings dmp does not appear to be any dump file that DayZ uses or produces. The second archive has RPT files but they do not mention any crash occurring.
Are you sure you are saving the archive correctly by clicking "Show details and prepare report" when the crash occurs?
If there is no error popup and the game freezes/shuts down and does not create any dump files, then unfortunately there is nothing for us to go on as we need the game mdmp to analyse the possible cause. Also if the problem is occurring as described, We suggest to check your drivers and software to make sure everything is up to date and nothing is corrupted.

I have a Server Side mod made using only the functions built into DayZ. No mods, frameworks or libraries are used.
It just happens that when using the built-in function NotificationSystem.SendNotificationToPlayerExtended notifications remain and do not disappear. Perhaps it worked properly before or no problems were found in it, and now I find it and it creates discomfort. I have to restart the game to make the notifications disappear.

If this is on official server then you can just log onto another server which shares your character, this will reset the character position. If this is on a community server, then you will have to contact the server admin/owner.

There is no issue with the torch itself, you are just refueling it incorrectly.
When refueling from inventory, you have to drag the rags on the combine tile and then click LMB.
When refueling in the vicinity, you have to just click LMB instead of holding it.

addonsDir adds mods to addon list. If you are using folder, where mods downloaded from workshop are loaded then it is basically telling engine to read data from there, instead from his project folder. You should stop using addonsDir and use https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arma_Reforger:Mod_Project_Setup#Adding_Other_Existing_Projects this instead and make sure that read only version of is not listed in Enfusion Workbench Launcher
