I noticed the same thing, but the reason might be that for now TrackIR hasn't updated it's game list yet. Until now Reforger has been using Arma3 profile, but if there now is full support I would expect that it will require a specific Arma Reforger profile (so TrackIR will recognize Reforger as different game) which isn't there yet. You can of course use your Arma 3 profile once the game is recognized.

Try this. Most of the times it works.
Shut down Reforger and Steam.
Go to the directory where Steam stores game files and find "Battleye" folder (for example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma Reforger\battleye). There's "Uninstall_BattlEye.bat" file. Run it and DO NOT do anything else.
Now just start Reforger. Battleye will be installed automatically when the game is being loaded.

@Geez - No it was Regular AiWorld, but the settings in the default Prefabs are wrong. Viktor checked it and gived me the correct settings. The default one will be changed in the base prefab.

Desync and lag can be mitigated but ultimately we are playing on networks and just "fixing" it is a broad desire. All games have compromise in the way they handle their networking. I would be hard pressed to find a game that has the level of simulation that Reforger does that doesn't also have syncing issues.
It's on a timer. I made a post about this as well early this year when they switched radios to supply. It should take longer to despawn with supply in it but it still will go after a while. How much supply = time and at what thresholds will that change the remaining time (if at all) are questions i would want to know. I have not timed how long it takes, maybe a dev has given that timeframe but i am not sure. I do know that interacting with the vehicle should reset the timer. What the game defines as interaction is a third question. Does that mean starting the car? opening a door? moving gear/supply in and out?

I am checking Experimental and so far it look like supply glitch is fixed. We'll see how effective the fix is when it comes to Vanilla and more people.
Many of those problems, including:
- choppers, cars and trucks surviving multiple rocket hits,
- players invulnerable to bullets,
- duplicating supplies
are caused by desync and lag.
Until those two issues are fixed, there will be no real fix, but only by-basses.

Keep in mind this is fixed in Experimental. While i would hope exp is coming to stable soon, obviously BI has Frostline as a focus right now. Exp is pretty dead right now, but i do recommend still checking it out. Some great changes especially around ammo types, terminal ballistics, weight impact, and of course the suppressors.

Modded:No.... the game starts with a ton of mods... disable all to check if the problem is mod related
This remains an issue and i cannot for the life of me fathom why. Make it so that a player has a 3 second cooldown between each time they drop supplies, not even the lowest latency server would be effected then. You dont even have to fix the underlying issue just make it impossible to drop supplies without waiting a few seconds inbetween and this exploit will be fixed.
Worth having a look at your gpu drivers, the game started crashing on me every like 15 minutes recently, turns out the drivers werent downloading automatically anymore.
