Issue Description: When a Ural-4320 is flipped on it side with engine running, the tire spinning animation will engage if the tires are damaged or the truck is pulled/pushed. The issue does not occur when the truck is flipped upside down; it only occurs when flipped on its side.

I think this ticket got lost in the pipeline. It been awaiting internal testing for over a month now. Just wanted to bring it back up to see if it can get looked at.
