no reload animation for GP-25

Issue Description:
When shooting gp-25, you have no reload animation, so it just reloads it immediatly, creating a sort of automatic gl launcher

Steps To Reproduce

Load into gm as a Gl, and then switch to gl, then open fire and spam r.
