Same problem, status bar had highwater, highenergy, healing but nothing on the inventory screen. Blood didn't regenerate. Reconnected later, went back to my earlier logout spot and vomited twice with energized and hydrated staying in the inventory screen. Blood started to regenerate.

Having a compass in vicinity and opening inventory is enough to crash the game.
I needed to just open the inventory while having a compass in vicinity. Restarted game, different server, same house, compass on another table and another crash.
Also climbing ladders with a gun in your hand drops the gun.
Somehow I ended up duping one ak at a ladder and making some kind of broken copy of the one i had in my hands. I tried to take the mag from the one on the ground and it was the same mag that was attached to the gun in my hands. In the end I had a bugged ak in my inventory which i couldn't drop and which had no attachments and a working one in my hands. Relogging made the bugged ak drop to the ground with attachments and i also had one in my hands so that ended up getting duped as well.
Sometimes when I put the gun on my back it also showed in the vicinity, but wasn't physically on the ground.
I just had crazy stutter again, starts rarely and stutters only when I move. Flushing, alt+tabbing doesn't help.

Wasn't ruined.
Your legs are broken. Just respawn or use morphine / sticks and rags to make a splint.
Sounds a bit like the arma3 bug where light sources were too dim or didn't cast light at all.
Same goes for some items on top of bunk beds or in the middle of a car seat. Second image has a map in the middle which can't be reached from either side. And that is a nice vest on the first pic. I would've changed my current for that one :C
I tried these launch options too and even though i ended up removing them all, the game takes at least twice the amount of time to start up.
With full moon you see pretty accurately outside without changing brightness or gamma settings but i agree that the current scale of setting is way too big. There is no reason to use flashlights when you can just adjust brightness and gamma.
1-5% of the current scale and people with different monitors can be on the same level visually.
I believe it is fixed now?
Just needs "veteran" servers. 1st person + no crosshair = bliss
I think it works fine, the temporary indicators just aren't good atm. You don't spawn with a full stomach nor fully hydrated and you need to drink and eat even after the indicators are gone. There was some text notification when you have drank and eaten enough. With full stomach and fully hydrated you can go on for more than an hour before the indicators pop back up.
tl;dr: not a bug, just a misunderstanding of the food and drink system
Refilling bottles at wells is probably the only thing that works. Just take the bottle in hand and the refill action is available. And sometimes you can drink straight from the well, or straight from a swamp, sometimes not. Maybe well-specific. Or random.
At least it didn't happen for everyone.
Not gonna read all comments but I set the voice over network to zero on the audio settings and I could still hear people using direct chat.
Max 600m is complete bullshit. You can look from the commieblocks closest to balota and see guys at the airfield barracks.
I'm not exactly sure what happened with my NVGs, an ifrit parked in front of me without lights on and my NVG went all weird.
Hopefully not. I'd like to see the enemy instead of ugly effects.
Works if you drop it on the ground or to your backpack first.
There also has to be another thread about this.
Doesn't really work irl either...
Nevermind, now it happens on every game.
Why would you use a controller in a game like arma?
Sounds like an issue with steam.
I've had a similar issue since at least arma 2, where my GPU usage starts dropping slowly. Frametimes go also crazy and when I alt+tab, windows asks if the colour sheme should be changed to basic. Haven't waited till crash if the game doesn't crash before framerate drops to under 20 but I assume the game would crash eventually.
Added screencap of afterburner. That gpu usage dropping isn't the worst of its kind and it actually rises to almost normal levels, but still...

I've had similar issues and in my case the GPU usage had dropped to around 10%. After the stutter it recovers or crashes. I have an ATI 6970 though so it's not manufacturer related, since you have nvidias. Try to monitor your GPU usage with MSI Afterburner.
Lights aren't necessarely too dim but they don't illuminate enough. There are two light sources on the screenshot I uploaded... you can barely see the other one.
