Description

Adding -nosplash -noIntro to the additional launch parameters on DayZ causes a very long "Wait a moment" on the DayZ loading screen. While it does eventually load, it can often take several minutes.

Steps To Reproduce

Open Steam, right click on DayZ, Go to Properties, under the "General" tab, press "Set Launch Options" and add "-nosplash -noIntro" into additional launch parameters.

also messed up

-nosplash works as nointro
-skipIntro as empty world

I tried these launch options too and even though i ended up removing them all, the game takes at least twice the amount of time to start up.

you should not be using these launch options anyway, they are deprecated

Hello MrDvaah and thank you for the report.
Launch parameters are not supported anymore and it is advised to not use them as they cause various issues within the game.
