So you find yourself unconscious, well if you are with a friend you are in luck. Have your friend shoot you in the head killing you. Next do not click "Respawn" but instead click "Exit". Once at the main menu or server selection screen select a different server (any server other than the one you and your friend were on) when you spawn into the new server you will be at the location you were at when you were unconscious but you won't be unconscious and you will still have all your gear. Now simply leave the new server you connected to and go back to the original one your friend was in. You'll be alive and right where you left off no longer unconscious.
(This also works if you are killed by random events. (PVP or PVE))
