Other engine sources Ive tried is door and Reload, I'm pretty sure it's just wheel that's having the issue but I'm not 100% what sources are supported in the config

I've noticed similar issues with helicopters and AFM. Aircraft explode when attempting pinnacle. Standard flight model seems ok most of the time.
I can also confirm this, having tested MaxTide = -6;

Happened again today. As there's still no news from any dev about this issue (after 2 years!), I think that it's safe to assume that there's absolutely no point in using this feedback tracker to submit error reports.
I guess flying planes in Arma 3 is just out of bounds for those of us who are encountering this error. I'll submit this last one, and then not bother to report any bugs in the future.
That's what I did, I used the user animSource instead of 'wheel'.
I tried both setting the user animation from where the vehicle was local and remote and both worked.
Can you try a different anim source besides wheel? To know whether its all the engine sources, or something specific to wheel.
So we know user animsources work then? I think thats not surprising if they are set locally.

Might be a bit overkill. But can you try reinstalling your steam?
Usually I don't use laser-guided projectiles for AI, as bots are not good with it.
It can't attack even with fire-and-forget missiles, like Mavericks, which has a heat guidance system.
Are you guiding the Sentinel with a Laser Designator either by infantry or from a different UAV? If not then it won't attack as it has nothing to guide the missiles/bombs.
Hm... What LG armaments the AI use in this case? I tested all of the available options, with reveal command - and AI even can't open the bomb bay.
I just tried it with a user animationSource and the UV animation (and the physical wheels) works fine
Will confirm that for you, but I'm pretty positive the issue lies with config defined animationsources using 'wheel' as the animationSourcePhase wasn't changing on the remote vehicle
But other sources for UV Animations work right? Or UVAnims generally don't work?
I tested the Sentinel and at least Laser Guided armaments seem to be working for me in both development and stable build.
It is reproducible for me - just not 100% of the time (but quite high degree).

I have also encountered this. Steps to reproduce on 64bit executable. In editor create a soldier, place down zeus gamemaster, start scenario. Place a blufor pawnee (any helo will do it) and, pressing alt change the altitude of the chopper to make it fly. Immediate crash with the access_violation. This does NOT happen with the 32bit executable.
You can find the restricted items (ArsenalRestrictedItems) inside the crate.
Open the arsenal first and test without these items. You can't find it.
And then take one from the inventory of the crate and test again.
Now you can take as many as you want.

What exactly do you mean by this " note how the chain doesn't move." There is no chain in the test mission, If you mean the wheels then they move on both clients.

No. It is not a post in the Dev branch forums. It is a specific build available to players that can be switched to in steam. You can find all available branches of the game here.
