0xDEAD means, you were already shown a error message that told you wahts wrong

and indeed.
It would save alot of time if you would read the big red X error message that pops up telling you
ErrorMessage: Include file z\ace\addons\medical_engine\script_macros_medical.hpp not found.
That ACE medical is not being found.
And if you'd look at your modlist you'll see that you loaded a special ace version WITHOUT medical.
What are you talking about, 3rd person view was not removed from the server option, this hasn't changed you can still play 1st 3rd or 3rd vehicles only. it is all configurable in server settings. Maybe you are using old config?
there is no stereo separation everything is in mono and with bad eq,
Please attach your RPT, I think your audio output might just be mono, thats logged in the RPT.

deleteVehicle is not the same as join or joinSilent, therefore it is expected there will be different behaviour. As I mentioned above, this is how it has been designed, and looks like it works as designed. BIKI goes in length about how false is not going to stop group from deletion.

now it works in 95% cases, but in some edge cases it still resets, but we haven’t done with it yet, so expect more fixes
There is an option on steam to verify game installation, no need to uninstall reinstall, that is what I was trying to tell you. Glad you were able to sort it out.

It appears that this is operator error. I apparently wasn't looking down enough in my other attempts. Apologies for the waste of effort. Please consider this issue resolved.
Not sure, what you mean, but I wasn't able to open Arma 3 anymore, so I've uninstalled/reinstalled Steam and now everything works. I haven't been able to reproduce that situation yet. Should we close the ticket?

Can you maybe give a example of a asset or Coords where you are unable to climb down?
I tired it myself and as you can see (see pic) i got the climb down action and a arrow down icon in the middle of the screen when i select it with the scroll wheel.
@Leopard20 you are probably correct in describing the issue. I am doing as you indicated but just can't get the action to activate. I will give it a few more attempts but this action doesn't seem to work as easily as the others in the game.

I think what they mean is the roadway LOD on top of the ladder, which allows you to stand on an invisible "floor".

"Changing Weapons fire mode to default in Vehicles" - why is this problem listed ONLY in vehicles? The changing weapons fire mode to default occurs always and without vehicles, when the player changes his weapon from primary to pistol or from primary to launcher.
I am worried about this since 2013, weapons in Arma3 can't remember their fire mode before changing another weapon or when it was just thrown to the ground!
This is intentional and used by many mission makers.
If cheaters can freely execute scripts in MP you have a much bigger issue than just partially invisible vehicles.
if they want invisible vehicle they can just do hideObject and have a much simpler and better way to become invisible.

There is even a third question - Why others ( IDAP, CSAT, FIA, AAF, Sindykat ) no have cargo trucks? Only NATO needs to transport its cargo?

Ok, I understand you - only cargo trucks can take cargo. Transport trucks are not capable of transporting goods.

If you empty the group from units with deleteVehicle command the group does not become null, but if you do it with joinSilent the group does become null. So there is this inconsistency with behaviors between those two commands. So I thought it might be a bug

You can force group deletion when empty but not force group non deletion when empty

Once at the top of the ladder that leads to a platform or roof, it appears that the open area that you need to climb down appears to revert to a floor and you cannot take an action to go down the ladder.
