The very first mission will sometimes glitch out and not place the spiked ammo. I have had it happen many times. Not sure what causes it but I did happen to have another glitch where it said I didn't place any mines so I failed that event though I actually placed 10 mines but when I failed that it allowed me to finally place the spiked ammo crates. I do have video if you need it.

Steps To Reproduce
I am not sure how to reproduce it. I just know that when I get to the placing point of the spiked ammo 90% of the time I can't place it and have to restart. I have only been able to place the spiked ammo twice. once when I failed the minor task of placing mines down even though I actually did place them down.
