Ok I did that. Game runs fine. I give the new logs but I don't know if it's useful.

Guys, on dev branch some tank seems to be fixed , such as the AFF faction MBT and M2A4 series, But T100 can still get one shot killed on the track.

I encounter delays zoom in multiplayer.
I sometimes (hardly ever) encounter when the zoom gets stuck at the maximum, long-standing problem, both from Arma2.
At 1.66 - it works well.
At 1.67 - Game cache files checked, the MOD is not, the problem remains.
Didn't my repro steps work for you in multiplayer mode?

This problem not only for the tanks. In some similar scenes capture AA and AT missiles at targets does not occur or is delayed. Sometimes there is no clear capture dotted square (capture may not work). Sometimes there is a good square, but not on the target, near the target (capturing not starts running).
It looks like a common problem for the entire guidance system on the target.

@vicious If your game runs correctly now, it´s a good news. Deleting profile is one of possible solutions and if it works, this ticked will be closed.
Try to delete your profile folder (create a backup) a try to start the game.

Can confirm that deleting the .vars profile fixes the issue. But my question is whether or not the issue will happen again after loading the game for the first time?

Guys, Now it is fixed, in dev branch. No need to patch, but still the Track one hit kill problem is there, where you can damage a tank severely by shooting it on the track from the front or the back.
This is a really big issue for King of The hill communities & I assume any community that runs servers with high population. Hostile Takeover is loosing a lot of players with TONS of hours in server because of this semi game breaking issue.

Okay, I made a video after 6 weeks without any fix - friends with well over 1000h in ArmA stop playing the game because of this.
This is also not the worst, some people can't zoom at all anymore. I can with button smashing, but it doesn't even work for me when there is lots of multiplayer activity on my screen, see the vid here:

I have just got this bug as well, i have over 750 hours on Arma 3 and its my favourite game, i also run a unit Zeus server for realism ops. I recently moved into my university house and every time i click on multiplayer or try to join a friend through steam the internet crashes, Arma 3 is now unplayable for me and now my unit has no server running for them. I cannot find any solution on the net and that other people have the same problem with no avail.
I really don't want to leave Arma due to this bug, i will post any stats on my internet if you need them.

I checked the game and I did not have any mod active. I don't know if I still have a save causing this crash (if I relaunch any of the mission and a new save is created loading works fine).

OK @ianglennongmailcom is right. If i delete the profile folder (backup made) the game starts normal.
So i copied the files step by step and the problem is the yourprofilename.vars.Arma3Profile
The Kernelbase.dll is still in /System32
I have a 3GB ZOTAC GeForce GTX 780 AMP! Edition. So low video memory space should not be possible.
I have checked the system and no virus was found. Also no Malware etc...
Windows 10 and graphic card driver are up to date.
Confirmed in 1.66 stable. Also, there is no way to manually type a string value for task type into the dialog box.

You're welcome. As you have already submitted a report (T122832) it is just a matter of waiting for the developers to acknowledge and respond to it. They do have quite a number of other tickets to address.
some adjustments were made, could you please check it out in the Dev Branch?
This doesn't explain how deleting the profile causes the problem to go away, as in my case. By your logic a missing DLL would impact all profiles but this is clearly not the case.
The solution might be much easier than you thought.

Can I ask you about your complete RPT a CRASH DUMPS files. The best way to do it is via .ZIP file uploaded to this ticket or through Dropbox.
The workaround is valid, though - delete your profile data and load up Arma. The profile will still be there, it will recreate all of the profile files for you and there are no out of memory errors. You will need to remap any keys you had previously configured, plus re-enable/re-map any devices (joystick, TrackIR, etc) you have connected. You will also need to recreate any saved loadouts in the Virtual Arsenal - I like to keep backup copies (export from arsenal, paste into SQF file) of my loadouts for exactly this reason.

At 1.66, for me, the problem does not play, or very rarely.
I know a lot of people who get FPS = 0-3 problem often appears every 30-40 minutes.
I would ask them to send me a report file.
I changed in their PC paging file.
Before the swap file = 8GB
Now swap file = 16GB
I will try to bring back the old version of the paging file, see the problem or not will appear.
