Concrete walls looks very different in different LODs

Description

Since Apex update white concrete walls appear dirty on higher LODs while still look clean and brand new in lower LODs. This is big visual immersion breaker.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Open editor on any map
  2. Place Concrete Wall (any variation)
  3. Move camera close and far from the wall and observe significant appearance change
Additional Information

I'd suggest to separate walls into clean and dirty category so you can have both depending on mission designer needs.
