Not all problems on this page can be solved by us, oftentimes there is a problem in the player's PC and the only thing we can do is give him advice.
This issue should be already fixed in Dev branch and will be fixed in the upcoming Main/Stable branch update as well.
This is the real Christmas for us, thank you!

Alwin, Korean input in arma 3 is indeed supported. Some of my friends really don't have any issue using korean in game in full screen mode. But some others exprerience the BUG. This can be fixed and if this is not solvable in feedback site, what's this site for? As a loyal player of arma 3(I Bought all the DLCs in normal price) If this is not solved, I must be very disappointed.

Thank you for report. I recommend you to scan your PC due to harmful programs. Some player has some kinds of trojans which caused crashes and so on. We have to be sure that all solutions was applied.
Crash is still persisting because:
If the black screen persist, I recommend to use Windows update, update GPU drivers or scan PC due to harmful programs. Some player has any kinds of trojans which cased the crash and so on.
Re-installing Arma 3 should be helpful too.
Noticed same problem in a different situation. When this procedure to play out of position - standing or sitting. If, after the start of the animation with the start on the shoulder, just press a character on the ground. Animation procedure is complete and the character will be standing upright.

Also, try to disable all these parameters.
The crash was caused by falling Kernellbase.dll because process chain got some fault.
I´ve noticed that you´re using default Windows memory allocator. If you want to improve your performance (=having no crashes) change your allocator at Launcher parameters.
We have done a test on a dedicated ArmA 3 server involving 12 to 14 players.
Yesterday, after the DEV updating the problem is reproduced in the editor. The only thing that has changed when I recharge titanium of AA, and the purpose remained in the field of my sight, the procedure of capture is resumed, automatically.
Here's my experience of this issue. I've never connected to an online server. I always play Arma3 in coop play with small group of friends. I am always the host/server, server is run as internet server and 3-5 friends connect to me. I can nearly always play for about 1-2 hours before I experience the issue. I have i7 6700k OC at 4.6ghz 16GB Ram and GTX 1080. I'm normally running 50-70 fps and then suddenly (perhaps when zooming, like its struggling to read graphics data quick enough) the fps will drop to 3-5 fps. Now here's the thing, thinking this might be a graphics streaming issue, I wait to see if game recovers, and if I wait about 3-5 mins, the game does indeed recover and fps returns to normal, however this is only ever for a limited time and sure enough the problem re-appears in under 30 mins and this time is very unlikely to recover. I have had it recover once or twice after 2nd fps drop but usually by the 2nd time, I'm stuck with 3-5 fps and it never recovers. This has become so I cannot game in Arma3 ever for more than 2 hours without this issue happening. I've had this happen with and without mods but now I know there is a concerted effort to track and crush this bug I will report back with more detailed information the next time it happens.
I believe this issue may have something to do with the audio side of the game. The reason I say this is because ever since I lowered my ingame audio sources value in the settings to the lowest value, I have not experienced a 4 frame glitch since. Despite this however, I do still get out of memory crashes, but no where near as regularly. Prior to changing this setting I got 4 frames constantly, usually at around 100 minutes of my game running.

It was not solved, just happened again tonight in the second mission, total in-game time at that point was about 3 hours.
Not sure if this is a WIP, but some mirrors are working now in latest build as of today. The Marshall mirrors are still flickering though, where the HEMTT mirrors are perfect! Any news/update on this from BI?
i have tried all of the above things and nothing works... if i click on the arma launcher it crashes with the "value not within expected range crash". if i try to bypass the launcher and load the game it will instantly crash my entire computer. also just to make sure nothing was wrong with my computer i took it too microcenter and had them run diag on my entire computer. ALL of my drivers are up to date and everything is running perfectly. if you need any system specs or anything i can post them in here.. but i have tried everything you posted and nothing worked. attached to this comment is the crash file that arma puts on my desktop everytime it crashes.

I have no problem waiting. Most of the time the users get a black screen crash there is no log. The RPT just stops, and users are forced to logoff or do a hard reset.
It´s very interesting. Water scooter pipe should turn opposite to handlebars. It´s correct when you turn to left, the pipe turns to the right. If the pipe is rotated in the direction of the handlebar, scooter would sail in the opposite direction.
Flickering grass could by caused by your graphic shaders. Can you try it in various graphic settings, please?

Yes, once I had it. Has fainted when I have regained consciousness, looked around, no actions were available to me any more. Only Esc, revival.
