Hi,

Flickering grass could by caused by your graphic shaders. Can you try it in various graphic settings, please?

The AMD Radeon settings on shaders cache has 2 options: 1) AMD Optimized 2) Off. Tried both but got the same result.

The flickering also happens at home screen of game, as can be seen here: https://youtu.be/5mMasaXdHOQ

I did a clean install of GPU driver but still get the same problem.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

What view distance are you using? If it´s too gig (2200-3000) try to decrease on approximately 1700. Try various values. Anyway, you can try reset your graphic settings.

I have tried various view distances from 1000 to 2000 ( I was using 1700) same thing happens.

I did a clean reinstall of game, same thing again. Also, I tried in game various resolutions, Vsync options, and Anti-Aliasing & Post Processing settings but nothing changed.

Here is another ingame video: whiteflickering

What else can I do? Pleaase help. (Arma is my favourite game, but now I can't play for more 15 minutes because of flickering; it gives me headache :( )

Thank you.

It seems to be hardware issue. I´d try to reconnect my GPU from motherboard and install it again. ¨

It could be rendering or shaders issue so try to reinstall your Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable

Removed and reconnected my GPU- same problem again

Reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable - same problem again

I want to point two things: 1) This problem ONLY occurs in Arma 3 and not in any other game I own (like Skyrim, EVE Online, Rocket League etc.)

  1. This problem started around late November or December 2016 so It's clear that is a game issue or a GPU driver issue (but only in Arma 3)

Hope that clarifies more my current issue.
