If injured with any of the above equipped, once revived, the player is stuck laying on their back, they can spin around and look around, but nothing else.

Only solution is perma-death, or enter a vehicle.

Have witnessed this bug ~30 times, only recently realised what was causing it, friends all had a big 'ahh' moment when it clicked and all are now positive this is the cause.
