Current client logs, 7-zipped.
Client side logs show the same error and not much else for the above 2 examples:

What we meant that behaviour you observed is correct, that is how it should currently behave.
Alright. The issue remains the same though. In both configurations either the WAN or LAN clients con't connect as expected.
Let's focus on Example 1 since you reported this should work properly.

The title states "Publicly available" and this issue is not resolved.

It's been 5 months. Proxy chat is still broken as it was. Is Bohemia even planning to fix it?
TO further bolster case for black cockpit panels and wire strike protection system, this is a footage from 1984 training sqaudron with student pilots. If Uh1H trainer had NVG compatible cockpits then this certainly would of the been standard by 1989, in active duty units that still was operating UH1H's.

IT should also be noted that the rotors since 1980 standard are supposed to be entirely black. The reforger main rotors and anti torque rotors are black but have tips painted yellow. IT should be entirely black in this timeframe

After actually playing around with TrackIR on over the weekend I found out a couple even more urgent glitches with it.
After reinstall the problem seems gone!
Yes, that glitch happens every time player exits the vehicle from driver's side.
If player changes seat to passenger side and then exits, engine stays off.

We could possibly check the logs from C:\Users\*username*\Documents\My Games\ArmaReforger\logs
However we do recommend trying to focus on making sure everything on your computer is in order as this could be caused by some issue on your OS rather than in the game.

Hello, I did these today and experienced 1 freeze in an hour ish long play session (it is an improvement). I have the timestamp of when it happened, is there any logs that could be useful to you?

I have not found a vehicle that would spawn without the hand brake on. Or has anyone followed a car that rolled away and went in to driver seat to check and then found that hand brake was off.
I double checked it in the workbench and you're correct that they do spawn with the handbrake on. I would argue that the issue is in fact how the handbrake behaves on neutral gear. When I use GM to drag a car to a slope with the handbrake on, it will not slide down when I put it on 1st gear, but it will when I put it on neutral. Ofc cars spawn in neutral, which leads to OP's issue. The ticket's title and description should be updated accordingly.

Have you tried to do a clean install of your GPU drivers? And have you tried running sfc/scannow to check for any corrupted files or installations?

The issue has been fixed internally but it will take some time to be merged to the public version.
The issue was caused because of the driveshaft for UAZ-469 off-road with machine gun (USSR and FIA variants with PKM and UK-59) and S1023 Cargo and Minibus.
So you should try to use different vehicles if you can.

This would be a massive upgrade for the game. The current hardware Anti-Aliasing method isn't very good and consumes a lot of resources for poor results, and I can't even tell if FSR1 actually works or not, as my frames and visual quality don't seem to be effected whether it's enabled or not. FSR 3 / DLSS 3 / XeSS 1.3 (I think 1.3 is the latest) and TAA options would be a major step up in visual quality, and give performance back for a lot of users (especially on consoles where FSR3 can make a big difference to their performance).
