Issue Description:
players are setting special string characters in their names so when they grief their name doesn't show up in the playerlist or in messages about deleting base antennas.
this allows them to silently grief the team

special characters used for example: <br>
this causes the playername not show up in the playerlist and also any messages about deleting buildings don't show up
any voice comms the playername does show up and you can see the special character they used for the bug.
