RHS - status Quo,

Every time I try to selected a server within the community section or if I go into workshop to individually download the RHS - Status Quo mod. It will instantly fail. This obstructs me from playing most games within the community lobbies. Bare in mind this is happening on a Xbox series X

Does anyone know why?
