When using the line tool to draw a line on the map you can’t move the map whilst doing so. This makes it really difficult to use the protractor and line tool to get a precise heading as the map locks up once you start putting a line down.

Steps To Reproduce
Open map, click the line tool, start a line and try to move the map. Map will only move once you’ve place a line from point A to B

I’m on Xbox series x, but this occurs with both keyboard/mouse and controller.
