Issue Description:
Self hosted server always show "high ping server" in server browser

i am self hosting a server on my pc and it works, i can connect to it, but my friends get an error (unrelated to this report), but for unknown reason it always show "high ping server" in the server browser, both for me and my friends.

Once in game i get 0ms ping (unknown if its' because i have fiber or because it's on my pc)
