This seems to be caused by HDR.
Potential fix would be disabling HDR in your console setting.

This has nothing to do with Expansion. The failure in this case happens in vanilla Liquid::GetBoilThreshold, and the reason is that another mod's item has an invalid varLiquidTypeInit value (i.e. a value with no matching entry in CfgLiquidDefinitions). There's no NULL check in the vanilla Liquid methods, which then leads to the failure.
You don't need a helipad to put out a helicopter fire.
Perhaps the role of the side commander will help with this problem.
You can also make a condition that if the helipad is located on a regular base, then it can only be used as a supply depot and you can't order a helicopter from it.
You can tie the construction of the helipad to the main bases that need to be captured to win.

Good suggestion although I feel I should have made it clear that im not averse to using the notepad on my phone, I just like the idea of having an ingame notepad more and would personally appreciate the feature being introduced. Ive used the map markers in the past to note land nav directions when attempting to dead reckon my way behind enemy lines at night and it is definitely the better way of noting that information.
As a temporary solution, you can put private markers on the map

Can you prove somehow that the player was using a cheat software? As as of now we are not aware of any cheats being developed for the consoles. Was the player maybe using some sort of in game glitch? As that is different from using cheats.

There are no administrators present on official servers, however BattlEye monitors all suspicious activity on the servers and players using cheats are being banned subsequently.

In case you have the cheaters Steam ID, you can report it directly to BattlEye at https://www.battleye.com/contact/.
In other occurrences, BattlEye monitors any suspicious activity on the servers and will subsequently ban players using hacks.
