**Issue Description: If you are holding two items at once, for example smoke grenade in one hand & torniquet in the other, you cannot equip your rifle via "Select Button" + "X Button" shortcut in item wheel menu.

When trying to equip a frag grenade via "Select Button" + "B Button" shortcut in item wheel, it can sometimes take between 3 to 7 seconds for your character to actually pull out a grenade. This bug appeared first now in 1.2.1.169 and has gotten me in trouble a lot.
Also, there is no longer an image in the item wheel for the "Select Button" + "B Button" grenade shortcut. It is now just an empty square where the grenade used to be shown.**
