Yes, you are right, if I change the resolution, it will work again! But the monitor is 1920x1080 and I always played with.
It seems to be tied with game resolution and/or Hardware Anti-Aliasing. I have 1440p monitor and if I use 1440p resolution in game then 3d graphics are not being rendered, however GUI elements are visible. Once I set resolution in game to 1080p my image is back. I have also seen reports saying that disabling hardware AA fixes it.
OS: Windows 10

Make it impossible that you can be on top of these objects
I picked up a m70 Tundra with a hunting scope and a atog scope off a dead body and both scopes are not working properly. Every time I look down both scopes it's just a white screen. I tried multiple servers to see if that fixed the problem. I also tried reloading the game too. Neither helped the problem.
@Doge_ fix is being tested on EXP right now
Two weapons not working
I can hold breath without bleeding ( or looking like I am ) .. verify your files and check the first to boxes on the pop up window.
I saw this yesterday on Modded server, today not issue as mods have mostly been updated
This is a BUG. Try to holding breath while sighting with a gun, probably you will bleed (not really, just visually).
Sorry, this stays as designed.
Forgot to mention it's on server 4737 on NL servers
I have tried closing the game multiple times as well
The only solution is to lock the servers.
@Geez I appreciate the fast approach in fixing this big issue, but PLEASE, could you not foresee, that we wouldn't manage to get a server full now, expecially since we can't even see exact player amount, so we can't even pick the fullest one?
I too had this problem last night. Deleted configs, checked file verification. It was on a queued server. Previously I got this every time I did a verify but after a successful connect it would rectify after joining again. Tried multiple times last night and had the overlay issue on each one.
When the game closes out even tho you had NOTHING to do with it your punished for logging off too soon
1 test sever with regular restarts, low number of slots , would be the best way to test it. Bit silly tying to test such a huge bug on experimental after the main patch has gone stable. You’re lucky to find 10 people on a server at a time

Need some experimental server with queue, all are low pop/empty and queue gui is skipped. Cannot test it :(
@Geez Yeah, we're gonna need one FULL server for that. Might I suggest, you temporarily turn off all experimental servers but one or two, or alternatively make them all only 5/10 slots?
No modding online on ps4 and yep people can just be in your lobby now and match gamertags to ip address because sonys weak encryption lol. My advice is to look into a vpn router or sharing it from a pc to your console fyi they just broke the encryption like a week ago so expect it to happen alot more often as more people find out about it. Oh and the devs don't read this form i have posts from a month ago still did not get a response soo yea rip btw post the video i would like to see these losers myself lmao
When I fought a zombie and started bleeding, every hit of the zombie gave me a random number on the bleeding icon. Example: First hit 5 cuts, second hit 8 cuts and another hit gave me 18 cuts. Light falls of 2 meters high, also appeared the random bleeding.
Hello everyone.
The issue has been fixed for the current experimental version.
Can you please let us know in case the issue still persists on there?
Regards,
Geez
@Hunterz Yes I can confirm these observations, NEEDS HOTFIX ASAP!!!
So when I had it, I used the antibiotics tetracycline pills and those cured it.
That is a possibility, but does not help the fact I can cure, but icon won't go away
@Geez has this been ASSIGNED anywhere yet? If yes, I haven't found it.
@chainsawsquirrel @Geez I believe that you can now get sick from eating consumables dropped by zeds (e.g. drinks and food). Can you confirm Geez? It might even not be intentional.

Perhaps the 'Extreme' option for AO doesn't even exist in the game yet?

Hello wayzupusc.
The issue has been resolved internally and will be fixed on Steam in one of the upcoming updates.

@Beavis The comment above from MrAkenatom, they just have spawned, and the another player was crouched. I'm getting more data from other players that play in the same community, some of them is trying to reproduce the bugs on the Official servers, and we are going to record every step of those bugs.
@bseunhir did you delete your dayz folder in Documents before trying ? If not do that with game off, then log back into game turn on hwaa med and set Ambient occlusion low and see what you get
Running without shoes (or wearing ruined shoes) causes cuts, so does sliding down ladders without gloves (or wearing ruined gloves).

I tried all levels of ambient occlusion. All of them result in the frame being frozen as soon as I turn on HWAA.
@Geez you are correct - Set HWAA to high and Ambient occlusion to High and the issue is back, disabled HWAA and lowered Ambient occlusion to low saved, and then re-enabled HWAA to med and Ambient occlusion low and its working again
Nope.
I tried all levels of ambient occlusion. All of them result in the frame being frozen as soon as I turn on HWAA.
Also, please keep in mind that your GPU is below the minimum requirements to run the game - the minimum requirements can be found here - https://store.steampowered.com/app/221100/DayZ/
Hello htcclaytoncosta.
Can you please provide us with recent screenshot of the issue? (As the screenshot you have provided is from the old version of the game).
Also, have you tried to do a clean install of your video drivers / updating (or possibly downgrading) to another version?
Regards,
Geez
Hello everyone.
It appears that the cause of the issue is actually a combination of Hardware Antialising and Ambient occlusion being set to either medium or high. Can you please confirm?
Regards,
Geez
@Geez Deleting files/verifiyng files with boxes ticket does not help. No mods.

Cheers lads, I'll check twitter. Frustrating as the game has massive potential.
