You drag the bandana onto your character and nothing happens.

So it seems you have to take the untied bandana to your hands and left click. Then the bandana will be placed over your face or on your head. It's very unclear as the text associated with this action is missing from the UI. It's also counter-intuitive to how this item has worked in the past. There were no release notes accompanying this change to gameplay.

Hello, there really is a problem with bandanas, can you guys check? I tried everything and no bandana can be used today :/

The bandanas were not forgotten, its the system was not properly implemented back yet. Hopefully it is something we can manage to finalize for 05 (waiting for some further prog changes though), for now, bandanas will act as fancy rags.
