This is a known issue and it is scheduled for a fix.

You will also see this with Weapon conditions. I had a badly dmg gun (BK43), dropped on ground for another player - it was pristine for him. I died and later met up with him. He gave the gun back - still pristine. I relog - the condition is updated to badly damaged again.

I think I found the source of the thirst

Please cound you let us configure controller use as you do for keyboard. I have severe Arthritis and use a combination of controller, keyboard and mouse to enjoy the game as much as i do. The new update does not allow this on the controller, in particualar the ADS action. We currently have to push 2 buttons, while on the update it was possible. I understand i can get by without it but makes PVP situations more difficult. Im sure im not alone in having a disability and finding it awlward. We love how inclusive this game can be.

if you play on xbox/ps4 its okay to play official but pc is just full of hackers
there are many other servers out there with good admin support and many vanilla like servers too :) go try them out you wont be disappointed

they dont care about cheaters play other servers than official its sad but its the truth
i got more than 6000 hours it will never change they will nerver care about cheaters
better to bring that fucking thirst noise to the game everybody wished for

they do not care about cheaters, battle-eye also does shit you can play dayz easily with a vac-ban so thats why i think they dont even care anymore
cant play official servers its just sad

Just wanted to boost this report. The sound is awful in itself, and the volume makes it worse. Please remove or rework this. It's very bad.

not sure if thos envents can be somehow used as workaround:

based on my experience the foot injury is just a random stat that can occur at any time and has nothing to do with your lower limbs, this seems a pointless addition to the game...
