If I had to guess, the conditions on what is an acceptable and not acceptable placement of a fence had changed, and if a fence was laid down in 1.07 where it couldn't be laid down in 1.08 then the bug occurs.

I can understand if only select glasses and balaclavas/ski masks can be worn under the moto/enduro helmet...

Seems to work for me now, had one server who told me wrong version.

If the issues affect modded servers and are related to the mods installed, then the creators will have to update the mods to resolve the crashes.
In case you are server owner of such a server you can send us the crash dump files so we can take look to be 100% sure the issue is not on our side.

I had this in 1.08 again, till now 2 times.

Dude, open your eyes and don't spam the devs with such questions. There is a small cloud symbol with an arrow in it. Click on it and upload your stuff.
