If you move the files from C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ Exp to your C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ folder, does the issue still appear?

If you delete the contents of your C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ and verify the game data through Steam, does the issue still occur? (Make sure that Steam cloud is disabled prior to doing so).

In that case, can you try the following?
Open the DayZ launcher
Select PARAMETERS menu
Select ALL PARAMETERS tab
scroll down and check "Bulldozer" parameter
Launch the game
Once launched, close the game
Uncheck bulldozer
Launch the game again without any parameters

I drop windows to start version, then install steam and day-z
Then run on "bulldozer" and now that`s ok !!!1
