Have the same issue on my server and we found out after testing many times whenever the server crashed the one who caused the crash were using the old man character
I've already reported this for a different DE server, and Geez changed the status to "Reviewed", so I'm guessing its gonna be (hopefully) fixed soon.

Oh, one more, 3rd screen - notice shotgun pellet on the left side in the air - same bug as for M79 reversed round after log in on the server (already created a ticket before). Looks like that bug is spread among a lot of weapons, but is visible only on some due to round position
Not sure what is that, a hand or a part of a gun (most likely one of the fingers), but it always there. Noticed just recently, don't much of a shotgun user
seems to me like the players hand is clipping through the camera

I can confirm. This issue is the same for me sapphire 6950x, in forests big open areas 80*% gpu usage, in fights, cities etc it sits between 40/60 usage, and makes it feel like huge input lag. Unplayable

so I tried to login with a VPN connection and it worked, so maybe this gives you guys a hint where the problem itself is.

This issue is caused by the MedicalAttention mod and in such case there is nothing we can do as the mod creator has to fix the mod on their end. You can try to verify your game data through Steam or unsubscribe from the mod and try to re-download it again in case something did not update properly.

i get at least 10 tickets per day with players wondering why there dying in 80 percent of fights to this lag issue,. they think its the servers but really its something you guys need to fix. There is no point releasing 1.23 without a fix for this. the players don't want fluffy clouds that the modders already did or an m14 they already got 5 years ago they want to not die in pvp to this lag issue effecting all servers. cant wait for your response on this.

I cannot mod and release new features without being harassed by my players to "fix the lag" instead. Thousands of players are experiencing this constant lag on servers with high amounts of pvp interactions.
This needs to be the highest priority by the programming team and needs to be fixed ASAP, I agree heavily with OP that 1.23 should not be released without this fix.
i Dont think loot table i see loot spawn17353 because i tested the same files from my
other server is have Custom files like ammo weapons foods ........ and the same problem
only thing I can think of is the loot table cant handle the 30k extra items boosted....
post your files so we can see the issue
after 4 testes as i sayed iboosted the loot (Vanilla types no mods) using DayZ Standalone Tools and i try manual using Notepad++ and i did not touch the dynamic event (deloot="0"/> Value and still the same problem

i setup fresh server no mods (btw i used just autorun and mmgs storage mods in other test servers ) itemes spawn but i think if i start boost gear a litle and remove some loot from the dynamic event (deloot="0"/>
will not spawn again i will test again and let you know later

OK that's fine. I doubt that types.xml is causing an issue, unless there is an error and it's not been validated. An easy way to check would be to upload a types file with just the water bottle entry included:
what else have you changed...
swap your modded types with the vanilla types and see if they spawn.
if they still don't you broke something elsewhere.

i know that i wiped the server 6 times and wait some time and still they dont spawn
The items are spawning, those log entries just shows the loot economy doing it's job. Don't read into log files too much. It will make you think there is an issue, when in fact there isn't one.
The changes you make won't be instantaneous. You need to wait at least a few hours before you will see the changes, unless you wipe your server

Try removing tiers 3 and 4 and set both idle mode countdown and idle mode startup to 0

You're not trying this on 1.22 stable version of the game are you? If so they won't spawn at all as they haven't been added yet.
Every device that uses a 9v battery can be repaired.
Still happening on 1.23 Experimental.
Resolved for stable 1.23.

deloot 1 means the item is supposed to spawn at a dynamic event
Not sure what’s going on but I’ve recently run into problems with interactions with items and doors in the game. Can’t pick up items open doors or attack zombies. Zombies don’t even aggro sometimes. Other times they do and an invisible force is killing you.

I'm confused.. the default type doesn't have deloot 1
not really ever used head torches on official, but i could not find the value in the files i have so i just guessed it would be the same. but seeing as it says on the wiki a electrical repair kit will repair it i would say it is possible
