Stand in the middle of the hunting stand.
Face the ladder.
Walk forward until you reach the ground.

Still happening on 1.23 Experimental.
Many ladders are affected, not just the ones from the deerstands. You don't even have to make some special moves to "fall" on the ground without any injuries. The character just kinda warps down the ladders by falling. Sometimes you get the "ugh" noise from your char, but again no injuries taken. This can be reproduced on many ladders, on different heights. No need to use ladders properly anymore - just let gravity do the job.
I hope this gets fixed for stable really as it is already a commingly known "feature" many use.

It's just falling from anywhere really. If u don't break your leg, u won't receive any damage at all, no matter what height.
And after nearly a year of this "feature", everyone uses it to their advantage.
