The NVG is too bright in the underground bunker (1.22)

Description

Sometimes the night vision goggle is too bright in the underground bunker at livonia. Maybe it correlate with thunderstorm.

Now i stay in the bunker and cannot get out because i don't see anything... Log out- log in not help.

Steps To Reproduce

Get into the bunker with NVG while thunderstorm outside.

Good question because i going into the bunker with head torch in 1.23, but i try it.

Yes, the 1.23 is also affected, related to the fog.

it was reported 200x, and its by design like this.
real nvg´s wont work without a light source.
