Me and my friend have been in the bunker and few times, it seems the current weather effects nvgs in the bunker. If its raining or raining and thunder and lightening you cannot see through NVGS the screen is just bright green as if it is day time in the bunker. Once the rain stopped our mvgs worked again in the bunker.
