If this error were to exist community-wide, this tracker would be flooded with reports, but it's not. Two options are left:

it was reported 200x, and its by design like this.
real nvg´s wont work without a light source.

Grab the orginal ce files, the edits on your screen are trash.

yeah, keep it.

Ticket can be closed.

strip mods until issue is gone.
then fix it, or contact the person who made this related mod.

u have clothes on itembase somewhere, with missing configs.

where are the files?

BE report still wrong player Pings. and this is a global issue.

Open your server firewall, create a rule and block this IP´ , ingoing.

With this attitude... good luck if u look for help....
