Requesting Bohemia Github update for CE Tool Files

Description

Hello! I'm requesting that the CE Tool files for ChernarusPlus and Enoch be updated for 1.14, as I believe the ContaminatedArea usage introduced in 1.14 is painted in the CE for the static areas. Having the latest CE Tool files will be helpful for re-incorporating my own changes.
