Description

My server crashes randomly when someone logs out from the server
It started crashing after the 1.22 update.

how soon is the fix expected? constant crashes are tiring

Holy shit, we've been having this issue regularly for months now and we thought it was a broken mod, but we couldn't find the source.

Would love to see this fixed soon, it's been causing us a lot of problems <3

Never occurred to us before the 1.22 update. IMO the priority/severity of this should be increased. This is not a "Normal" bug.

Yep. My server, which had 120 players online, is dying now because of this.

We have also this problem on our Deathmatch Server. When a lot of player logging in and out the server crashed like about every 1 hour :(

The server is crashing after a few seconds until a player left the server.

This wasn't before 1.22

@Geez , when do you think it will be fixed? Servers periodically suffer from crashes, people drop the game because of the crashes.

Same problem

the same problem is when someone dies, then exits the game - the server may crash. This happens about 1 time per restart{F3121095}

I can say for everyone - this problem exists everywhere, even on servers without mods. We really ask you to pay attention to this, as many players simply leave our beloved dayz

Hello, our server also crashes after about 3-4 hours of running, it's from 1.22, respectively the first problems started to appear more after hotfix 1.
The server crashes differently. Until the update to 1.22 we had 0 crashes !!!

@realproru I'm monitoring the "release_test" branch (for DayZ Server) and it was updated today. I think a patch is in the works to solve the problem. Of course, I've noticed the same problem on my side too. Here's hoping we can get back to a stable situation soon. Good luck to the developers.

@Draowyr doesn't appear to be mentioned in the patch notes for hotfix 2. This issue needs to be escalated IMO its killing server from crashes.

Unfortunately, the crashes are still there despite using the mod. I can't wait for a patch to be released so we can finally move on.

for server owners, the divide by zero crash and the player bubble desync are the 2 most important fixes before anything else needs to be done.

Also happening on all 4 of our servers including a deathmatch with 0 types enabled, and minimal mods

This is still an ongoing issue. More information from the team would be helpful as we modded servers could potentially mitigate the issue until it's fixed.

We are seeing multiple of these "DIVIDE_BY_ZERO" crashes per day across all of our servers (DayOne). The pattern holds with what has been stated above - always after a player disconnects. It *seems* to hold true that the player has recently died, but lots of people log out after dying, so there may be nothing to that.

We have plenty of memory dumps we can share if additional data is needed. We appreciate the dedication to keeping the game stable.

As I have mentioned previously, this is a high priority issue for us and we are aware of the amounts of these crashes and we do not take them lightly. However fixing such issue is a complex process and we are doing the best we can - apologies for any inconveniences. Once the fix has been deployed internally and tested I will update this ticket.
