Description

Had an instance when using the bk133 with 12g buckshot the cartridge was visible on players left forearm (similar to the sks bug where a cartridge is floating above the gun )

Still an issue with the Vaiga in 1.23 experimental, as seen in screenshots. Vanilla official exp:

Resolved for the 1.24 update.

Still in 1.25, not resolved. It is very easy to recreate. Log in on vanilla server, find a shotgun, load it, re-enter the server and you will see the picture

It's not only Saiga by the way, bk133 and m79 too, probably all other guns too, but bullets there keep hidden most likely
