Oyunu bilgisayarımdan tamamen kaldırdım ve yeniden kurdum. İnternet modem cihazımı sıfırladım. Virüsten koruma programını ve güvenlik programını geçici olarak devre dışı bıraktım. Bunları birçok kez denedim. Ama hala aynı hatayı alıyorum. Bu konuda yardımınızı istiyorum. Saygılarımla. İyi günler.

I found the Solution!
Might be important for the rest of the Community:
Database error official servers. Cannmot enter any official and they show locked in the launcher, then unlocked, then locked. Tried all night, deleted app data folder, verified several times, all no good. Two friends in Livonia 5570 official currently.
For clarity, try to load in line, i mean try to join server, this generates the error

Make the nominal what you like, but ensure it's higher than the min value. Having more locations closer together will let you observe the restock working. I believe the airstrike event with the test explosion as the child, uses the restock method to stagger the explosions.

It's like having a piece of loot set to 1 nominal and 1 min in types.xml, and expecting the restock value to kick in there.

According to devs you are not supposed to use basic materials in this case. Use super shader for general purpose, multishader for buildings.

What are the event min/max values? It works just like the types.xml file. It will need to reach the minimum and restock back to the max value. It will also depend if your limit is child, parent, mixed etc.

I think the chance="0.0" for name="Headtorches" in the cfgrandompresets.xml file is also incorrect.

im not sure I'm understanding. I must be missing something. here is another pic with all trees set to 150 for height, 5 more meters higher, the first 2 are as expected, but not the third. shouldn't the height we specify be exactly where the object goes? If I set the height to 0 it goes under the map.
