The crossbow bolt loads in the crossbow and shows, but if you put the crossbow in your inventory or shoulder and take it out again the bolt is not visible but the crossbow is still loaded with one bolt.

Laod bolt, looks good.
Put on shoulder, put back, bolt gona and bow not drawn
