  1. Spawn wolf
  2. Wait to hit
  3. Heal self (I have used VPP Admin Tools)

and on the 5th hit, the wolf will kill you, even with full health, blood, and shock

Can you please try this without VPPA? As this might be issue with the VPPA itself.

That happens because wolves hits Head in 90% cases and VPP does not heal HEAD zone
