Just tried again to enter via SA launcher after checking options showing pc-default was loaded in DayZ. Used normal SA load/play option to enter, no kybrd controls. Backed out reset in DayZ option the kybrd to pc-default, went into SA used the load option and went in and had kybrd control. In Dayz the options for the kybrd controls show two options, User and pc-default, to thje left it says testgroup is that normal? Top says "Character" but no option to alter.

Long time! Most times I just go to SA from my desktop. But I have gone back to normal Dayz to reset the kybrd options.

Have you been switching between experimental and stable versions recently? As we are aware that switching between the versions may result in the key bindings being cleared.

I've found this same problem at several locations. NWAF, Military Base, and at different outposts. I think it has to do with that specific kind of tent that is set up.

Btw. even some of the bugs could be removed with the latest versions, you also introduced a few new ones :)

Yes I can, I believe I deleted my video of the instance unfortunately since I record all of my gameplay but if I experience it again I will be certain to forward it to you.

Make sure to run DayZ with the -dologs parameter and upload the .RPT log file from %LOCALAPPDATA%\DayZ\ by dragging and dropping the file here when this error occurs. That way DayZ maybe able to tell why the options won't load.

This occurs due to the executable not launching with BattlEye client. When connecting to a server, this forces the game to restart with the BattlEye client turned on. You have to use the DayZ_BE.exe to prevent this from happening.

I followed (kinda) your advice and tried it on another computer (fresh Win10 and DayZ installation) and I couldn't reproduce it. So it seems like this problem appears after patch from 1.0 to 1.01 only on my laptop.

Launching from game's executable seems to be the issue.

@nuggs I'm not upset and of course I understand and I don't blame the people this base belonged to at all for using this method.

I think it's due to it being a hazard protection suit, it can't be repaired by regular means. It's annoying but makes sense. What doesn't make sense is why you would want to wear one when the zombies ruin gear in 3 hits.

I second this. Have become stuck on the spot when using F2 wave animation but using it again seems to un-stick sometimes.

Confirmed, Bino's don't work on exp anymore... hold in hand, hold LMB to look through, movement to raise to eyes starts but never finishes and ends after a quarter second...

The above feedback is more complete than this one. G-sync has been turned off. I have tried all kinds of methods, and even though the system has been reinstalled, it still can't be used.another attempt was to get a new computer, but that was impossible. I hope the authorities can help me, I don't want to waste such a great game.

If you have NVIDIA gpu and G-SYNC or G-SYNC Compatible monitor, switch off G-SYNC in NVIDIA Control Panel. The problem is driver for gpu which has a bug with G-SYNC.
