Steps To Reproduce

Press hotkey to put gun on back, aim down sight straight after. Can only fix by getting gun out.

As I said before, if you press the hotbar to put your gun away and then IMMEDIATELY press RMB and shift/mmb it aims you down sight while your gun is on your back. Its something that would be hard to recreate by accident but absolutely possible.
