That sentence is actually the one which makes me think most, because the typical Call of D... I mean DayZ player would just say "Well, I'd just kill that many players that my character got used to it."
So if this should really be in there, which is a good point still, than the way to get there would have to be very hard. Like you'd have to have really hard times, killing your first, second, third enemy and also, you'd have to suffer badly from the consequences.
Like I wouldn't mind if a "fresh murderer" would stagger around, hyperventilate, fall unconscious, drop gear in his hands...
It doesn't allways have to be 100% authentic, but I like your idea. I hope, it'll get attention.
