Steps To Reproduce

Find an issue with a guest post, log out, and attempt to edit the post you found.

Additional Information

I got an email saying a new note had been added to an issue, and followed the link in the email. Arriving on the issue as already logged out, I was able to edit a guest post that was not mine. After logging in, this edit option disappeared.

Imho: posting and editing should require registration. That would also reduce duplicates.
The "known bugs" list from the forum should also be listet in the bugtracker, since most ppl don't know them: http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/153994-early-access-important-information-known-issues/

Referring to issue #6076 (Guests can edit other guests notes, and alot of guests are spamming with bullshit.), this problem has been resolved.
