At first the player appeared to be "rubber banding" but then I noticed that it was always behind me. after witnessing the hacker teleport short distances right in front of my eyes, he disappeared again and reappeared within a minute right in front of me. then while he was standing in the middle of the street a Mosin Nagant appeared on his back (keep in mind he was standing in the street and there was no loot on the ground or dead bodies)

Yea the teleport bug is really annoying, so you walk alone and the second after beaten to death by a player constantly moving to and from you like massive desync but without any actually.
