Description

Looks like there is some japanese spamming going on in bug reports by "guests". Simply remove the ability of people who do not log in with a genuine login from posting/reporting/voting.

Seriously, how hard is it to stop guests from posting?

Referring to issue #6076 (Guests can edit other guests notes, and alot of guests are spamming with bullshit.), this problem has been resolved.
