Description

There is one user in particular that has been spamming the comments section with links. Please come up with a way to keep spamming out of the comments. I suggest limiting the comments section to a much lower level of characters. Also, don't allow segments of strings to contain "http%", "%.com", and similar SQL restrictions. {F29578}

Additional Information

I am an SQL database student, so I do understand that managing these things after the database has been built can be mortifying. This is why you need to do your Database planning a little better guys :p

I believe the devs are working on disallowing guests to make notes.

Refering to issue #6076 (Guests can edit other guests notes, and alot of guests are spamming with bullshit.), this problem has been resolved.
