the long sounds with the minigun are gone.
But new issues appeared:
-If you start to fire the minigun, the *brrrrrrrt* has an obvious delay. You can already see the tracers but hear no sound from the beginning.
-if you only fire short burst you will not hear the *brrrrrrrt* but you will only hear the *rrrrt* at the end, if you understand what I mean. That's maybe because the *brrrrrrrt* is obviously delayed.
Same goes for the Hellcat actually.

Are you running any mods? If so please try to disable them. Should the problem occur again, please export your game log files from the launcher (again, without any mod).
The mdmp + rpt +bidmp files should be located in this directory:
C:\<username>\AppData\Local\Arma 3
Attach the generated files to the ticket. If the files are too big please use some free file sharing service.

um im very confused on how to export my game log files from the launcher and i dont know how to find the mdmp and the other files are. i looked up where they might be but found no signs of them except a file that said mp missions which was blank but there was profile files but none of them have the info in them
Please add the .mdmp .bidmp and .rpt . Please use google to locate them.
Also the launcher has a option in the upper right corner called "Prepare for Error-report"(or something similar, i use german thats why i cant accuratly tell you).
You should open your own ticket. I have no other sound problems and never heard cracking on twitch arma streams anywhere.
That cracking sound doesn't only happen in the Virtual Arsenal and not only with tank engines. It happens on all maps with all kind of low frequency sounds.
Everytime you press Escape while a low frequency sound is played, you will cut the sound and the cracking noise can be heard.
I am not an audio expert (only mixed songs with Music Maker) but I think this is a DC offset issue with low frequencies.
Your ticket needs another subject. I suggest something like: "Sound cracking with low frequency sounds".
For your information: I closed your other ticket #0027804 (similar issue).
I just tried to preload object and did the trick
{1 preloadObject _x} foreach allunits
Unfortunately I'm not in a position to tell you if this is a bug or as designed.

thank you for the response. However, we cannot determine what exactly caused your game to crash. It is necessary you try to run your Arma without any mods. If the crashes still happen then, please send another crashdumps.
If the crashes stop (on Arma without mods), please try to activate mods one by one until you find out which one causes the crashes.
Mods are not official content from Bohemia Interactive and it is very likely that the CTDs you are experiencing are caused by collisions between two or more mods.

As I stated, the crash occurs with or without MODs. I just grabbed the one at hand, which has MODs running.
Next time the crash occurs, I will send you the dumps.

unfortunately my sound is fine up until the FPS starts to drop. Sound really isn't the problem.
Well Well Well. My FPS is now 60-65 in the same servers and I have not experienced another FPS drop due to CAS. Sorry Koala for doubting you!
Dropping sound bitrate seems to have fixed it. I will post otherwise!

Hello, have you already tried to lower your windows audio bitrate to 16bit and 44100Hz?
That might be a workaround for your problem.
Lower the number of sound sources in audio to 16 or lower and see if that fixes it. Theres a running problem with the jet minigun creating many sound effects at once and overwhelming the engine's capablity to handle it
It is indeed a problem with the sections, as now I have made a much longer html file with multiple sections with no crash. I have updated the OP.
I've now attached a html file that crashes, strangely I tried to create another html file for you guys over 2640 chars and it didn't crash, so now I'm thinking it may be a limit for sections, see here: https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/HTML-Files#Sections

I have also reported this issue, didn't think about geometric occluders, but that would actually explain things.
I found this also on CUP_Terrains Takistan. Is there any way to fix this internally, or will this be changed in Arma 3 in general?

Yep, definately needs some tweaks.
Fantastic find. I knew about the Strider brown before, but haven't actually seen the Orca and Mohawk variants. All of them look splendid and have NO glitches or something along those lines.
It would add alot more diversity to the game, I mean, the Orca (white blue) could actually be used as civilian helicopter, same with the Mohawk.

This error is very generic. It may be caused by many issues, such as a hardware malfunction, a virus in the computer, but also an error in the game itself. Possible solutions:
-Update the graphics card drivers to a newer version.
-Rollback the graphics card drivers to an older version.
-Check the temperature of your GPUs and CPUs.
-Verify the integrity of the game cache using Steam.
-Re-install DirectX.
-Uninstall the Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable package (x86 version), restart your computer and install the package again (do not use the Repair function).
-Run a Windows System File Check tool to repair corrupted system files.

As far as I know, you are not the only one with that problem (0xC0000005 - STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION).
The developers are aware of that problem (happened to me too under different circumstances).

have you already tried to verify the integrity of your game cache with Steam?
If yes, then try to delete the launcher directory in the Arma 3 directory and re-verify the integrity of your game cache (will download the deleted launcher files again).

Yes I was just going to suggest to check availability of groups. Tested on dedicated and used all 144 available groups for blufor, and when tried to join as blufor - got seagull. Going to raise this issue internally.

Is this on Stable? There were at least 2 tweaks regarding seagull spawn on DEV, so once you get to test it please report back with feedback.
