When arsenal is used on a unit in eden editor the unit will lose its backpack. If the unit is given a new backpack in the arsenal the new backpack and its contents will stay even if the arsenal is used upon the unit again, thus it is only the backpack that the unit "spawns" with that is lost.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Open eden editor
  2. Place Nato>Men>Engineer
  3. Use Arsenal on engineer (notice the loss of backpack)
  4. Exit Arsenal
  5. Use Arsenal on engineer and give new backpack
  6. Exit Arsenal
  7. Use Arsenal on engineer (notice how the backpack is still there)
