I don't know where you play, but like i've played a lot on french servers and you usually find Captain at around 1 to 2hours in. If your games last around 1H yes its bad, but ours last up to 12h so its perfectly balanced the way it is.

Seems like the issue with too many items on the floor inside the tent has started to spook with the vicinity inside again.

No, captain should not be easy to get... Its the 2nd highest rank. It makes no sens
That's the supply pannel, not an arsenal pannel...
Or maybe saving the current state of the game to load it after. But currently saves are not fully working
I would say yes but at one condition, locking some distance shadow/grass/etc.. for everyone. Currently people use pushes because we can't hide in the grass at long range, and we can't hide bellow tree neither.
Not sure its worth adding this feature...
thats crazy. at this point i'd say you have beter luck finding some descent server via google.
