Played yesterday for a few hours, slow texture loading with rebar enabled seems to be fixed for me atleast, also 100% CPU usage freezes didnt happen during my play session, still need to do some testing with those for a few more hours.

Bruhhhhh, now players can't jump or hold their breath without taking damage from zombies. Did y'all even test this hotfix?
You know, it really shows a lack of professionalism in this company when they roll out an update that impacts people's servers by changing a major piece of information in the code that deleted everyone's bases, all watchtowers, gates, and fences. The fact that this wasn't announced days, if not weeks, in advance is just unacceptable. It feels very unprofessional and like a fly-by-night operation.
I figured out the problem.
I’ve done multiple restarts. The server shows online but doesn’t show up when players look for it. So I guess whenever that issue resolves itself I’ll know if it worked.
That’s what I’m hoping but starting the server after the backup is taking a looooooooong time lol. I’ll let you know whenever it finally comes up

I've noticed this as well. As far as I can tell, the issue isn't the game putting the map marker in the wrong place - the map marker object itself (comprising the marker and its text) is incorrectly centred. It's centred on the point between the marker and its text, when it should be centred on the centre of the icon. If you place a marker and then zoom in and out on the map, you can see the marker scaling on this central point. This makes precise marker placement impossible, as its precision is dependant on the current zoom level.
Do you think it will be possible to get these bases restored or is that a lost hope? There’s a lot of people very frustrated that all their weeks of work is potentially gone
I've noticed this same issue since the 1.3 update. It wasn't happening beforehand, and it doesn't happen with freelook. When using freelook (even with TrackIR running), freelook rotation seems scaled correctly regardless of zoom level. When trying to freelook with TrackIR, rotation is scaled correctly while at normal zoom, but seems to be at about 0.5x scale when zoomed in (in other words, you can use TrackIR to turn your character's head 90 degrees to the right, then when you hold down the zoom button, the view will zoom in and your character's head will only be turned 45 degrees to the right - returning to 90 degrees when releasing the zoom in button).

And I did remove those two lines as suggested but walls are still all gone. These people didn’t just build them after the patch. They’ve been building them for several days. Just all gone after the patch.

This could be some sort of software issue on your end. We suggest making sure all drivers are up to date nor are corrupted (run sfc/scannow and try a clean installation possibly). It could also stem from faulty hardware.

The crash dump points towards nvppex.dll file, indicating a problem with your GPU drivers. Please do a clean installation and check your OS for any corrupted installations/files. Also make sure your system is up to date.
Disabling HWAA in the game might resolve the issue but the root cause is somewhere on your system.
There is also a chance that if you are running Nvidia app instead of Ge-force experience that that is the cause of the problem.
